Verzendkosten are clearly stated during checkout. Orders over €150 are shipped for free.
Any additional costs for international shipments are at the customer's expense.
Within the Netherlands, the average delivery time is 1-3 working days; internationally approximately 5-10 working days.
Adresverantwoordelijkheid
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. In the event of errors, an additional shipment will not be handled free of charge.
Niet ontvangen pakketten
If a package has not arrived after 14 days, we will send a new shipment, unless the track & trace indicates that the package has been delivered.
Onderzoek opstarten
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot initiate an investigation with the delivery service if, for example, a package has been delivered but you have not received anything, or in other situations regarding your shipment.
We are required to share personal information as well as the nature of the products with the delivery service, which is obviously not possible for privacy and security reasons.
Verzending naar afhaalpunt
We can ship your order directly to a DHL pickup point/ parcel locker within the Netherlands, or to a Bpost pickup point/parcel locker in Belgium.
Please indicate in the order notes to which pickup point it should be shipped. To ensure we handle this correctly, please also let us know via WhatsApp.
Please note that we provide this service as a 'gesture', so during busy periods our sender might not notice and the package will simply go to your home address. Therefore, always contact us via WhatsApp first so that we can take this into account.
